Cake Making and Sugar Icing Specialist I specialise in bespoke cakes of all types. All my cakes are baked personally by myself and my sugar craft is second to none. My designs range from the superbly elegant to the outrageously quirky. Two of my most important commission to date were the Royal Wedding Cake for HRH Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, and the Duchess's 60th birthday cake.
